One of the problems that we have with problems is that we are stuck in them.
We are in the middle of what is going on and it can be difficult for us to get a perspective on what is going on for us. It’s much easier to see other people problems because we are on the outside looking in, not the inside looking out.
In this month’s EFT Cafe you can learn a simple technique that will allow you to step back from a problem situation to give you a different perspective of yourself in that predicament and use that view to guide your tapping.
Using this process takes you out of the problem and gives you a freedom to manoeuvre that is not possible using standard EFT.
If you are a Level 2 Practitioner of EFT then the EFT Cafe qualifies as 2 hours of CPD.
Tea or coffee (you choose) will be provided.
This EFT Cafe will be on Wednesday March 14th from 7-9pm at St Oswald’s Hospice, Gosforth Newcastle upon Tyne. It costs just £10
