It’s common to talk about EFT/Tapping for stress relief: have a difficult experience, feel bad, tap on those feelings to feel better.
Usually people (even experienced tappers) have to feel really bad before they think of tapping for stress relief.
Rather than wait to feel bad before tapping wouldn’t it be better to reduce your stress response before the experience so you could be calm when the stressful situation happens.
In this month’s EFT Cafe Andy Hunt will introduce some approaches to help you be in the ‘eye of the storm’ when it comes, rather than being blown about by it.
The EFT Cafe is at 7pm on Tuesday 10th March at St Oswald’s Hospice, Newcastle upon Tyne and costs £10.
